Baratza Encore Burr Grinder

The Baratza Encore is the successor to the Maestro Plus. The Encore has an improved gearbox, an improved reduced-fines burr set, and represents an overall upgrade in construction. This conical-burr grinder has a 40-position, low-RPM (450) DC motor with European-made (Lichtenstein) 40 mm burr set, powered by an on-off switch and a pulse button. The top burr removes easily for cleaning. Overall dimensions: 4-3/4" w x 13-3/4" h x 6-1/4" d. 8 oz bean hopper capacity. 5 oz grounds bin capacity. 250-1200 micron particle size.
